Collaborating partners Eric Dovichi, MD and medical imaging entrepreneur Curtis Himy, teamed up when they both realized that despite the wide array of communications platforms available, nothing suited the specific demands and information security requirements of physicians. They created ChatBunker to fill this gap and combine powerful communication and scheduling tools in a practice-friendly application.
Dr. Dovichi received his medical degree from the University of Southern California in 1996, graduating top of his class. He completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Stanford University where he was the Chief Resident in 2000-2001. Dr. Dovichi stayed at Stanford for his fellowship in Interventional Radiology and joined Bay Imaging Consultants in 2002. He has been active in the group serving as Divisional Lead and Board of Director. Additionally, Dr. Dovichi has been active in many administrative roles including term as Chief of Staff for Sutter Alta Bates Hospital in Berkeley, Ca.
